Wallet rules and how it works

1) How the wallet works

• You can add funds to your wallet and use them to pay for orders and shipping.
• Your wallet balance changes only after wallet transactions are registered in the system.
• All operations are recorded in your wallet history for transparency.

2) Top-up rules

• Top-ups are currently submitted through Wise transfer information.
• After submitting a top-up request, our team manually reviews and confirms the transfer.
• The amount is not available in your wallet until the request is approved.
• Once approved, the credited amount is added to your wallet and visible in your transaction history.
• The top-up will be processed within 1-2 business days.
• Make sure to choose JPY (Japanese Yen) as the currency when submitting the top-up request.

3) Withdrawal rules

• When you submit a withdrawal request, the requested amount is immediately reserved from your wallet.
• This prevents the same funds from being used to pay orders or shipping while withdrawal is under review.
• Withdrawal requests are manually processed by our team.
• Wise and/or bank fees may be deducted, so the paid amount may be lower than the requested amount.
• If a withdrawal is rejected or cancelled, the reserved amount is returned to your wallet.
• The withdrawal will be processed within 1-2 business days.
• The currency of the withdrawal will be the same as the currency of the top-up request.
• If the remaining balance is less than the bank transfer and Wise fees, the withdrawal will be rejected.

4) Statuses you may see

Top-up requests: Pending review, Awaiting user info, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled by user, Expired.

Withdrawal requests: Pending review, Awaiting user info, Approved and processing transfer, Completed, Rejected, Cancelled by user.

5) Important notes

• No partial split payments between wallet and another method are allowed in a single charge.
• Manual review timing may vary depending on queue and transfer details.
• Please provide accurate transfer references/details to avoid delays.
