Negai Japan is not responsible for import and customs duties if these are levied by the authorities in the destination country. We recommend contacting the relevant authorities for more information on tax amounts.

Any disputes that are created in PayPal against Negai Japan without prior consultation for reasons of delayed arrival at destination or packages stopped at customs will result in immediate account suspension, and if there are items in our inventory, they will be considered abandoned.
