First step

Once you decide which product you want, go to the product details screen to start your order.

If you don't know many Japanese stores, check out our list of store suggestions for inspiration.

Also see our product suggestions, carefully chosen by our team!

We check each link you send us, checking whether the products are available, whether they are on the list of prohibited products, among other details.

If there are any problems or unclear points in the links, we will send you an email for clarification and confirmation.

After confirming the link details and checking the domestic shipping cost, we list the prices of all items, with the payment link.

When the package arrives at our warehouse, we will check whether the store sent the correct products and in the quantity requested, as well as the condition of the products to ensure the best quality.

We will send you an email confirming the arrival of the products, which will be stored awaiting your order to be sent to your home.

Second step

The Hub is the page where all your products that arrived in our warehouse are shown.

When you choose all the products you want packaged, we will show you an estimate of how many boxes you will need and how much shipping should cost.

At this stage you can choose extra services, such as extra protection in the package.

After carefully packaging your products and applying all desired extra services, we measure and weigh the packages, and send you the details by email.

Your packages will be available in the packages screen on your dashboard.

With the sizes and weights defined, we will show you exactly how much shipping will cost, including international shipping, the price of package materials, and any extra services you have previously requested.

We will prepare and ship your packages as quickly as possible, and provide you with the tracking codes generated by the international shipping service.

After a short time you will have the desired products in your hands!
