Below are items that are strictly prohibited for purchase and shipment by both air and sea. Please read carefully if the product you want is not included in this list:
Weapons and explosives
Examples: Swords, knives, firearms, explosives, airsoft (replica weapons)
Gas
Examples: Spray, aerosol, any product containing gas
Magnetized materials
Examples: Amplifiers
Flammable products
Examples: Lighters, plants, oils, alcohol, perfume, paints, creams containing alcohol
Oxidizing and toxic products
Examples: Chemicals, radioactive, lithium batteries
Alcoholic beverages
Perfumes
Stand-alone batteries or mobile battery chargers
Sunscreen
Hair coloring products
Cleaning products
Any tobacco-related items
Raw food
Examples: Meats, fruits and vegetables
Objects containing oil
Examples: Any mechanical parts such as tanks, exhaust fans
Drugs
Including any kind of narcotic or tobacco
Counterfeit Products
Pen ink
Lithium batteries
Examples: Smartphones, digital cameras, laptops, power banks

Other forbidden items
Examples: illicit drugs, animals (dead or alive), frozen food, tires, pornography (products that encourage pedophilia or any material that violates Japanese or your own country's law), money (banknotes and coins), stamps, counterfeit products, cultural and art property, precious metals, jewelry, credit cards, lottery, airbag
