To make the most of the products you want from Japan and save on international shipping, we recommend buying multiple products and using our free consolidation and storage service of up to 45 days. For more information click here.

Shipping process

You can order shipment at any time after the first package arrives in our warehouse, during the 45-day free storage period. You can wait for all the products to arrive and then ship them all together, choose just a part of them, or even use consolidation, which is shipping previous or later orders in the same package.

After we receive your shipping confirmation, we will prepare the package for safe and secure international transit. If you would like to use one of our optional services to make your package more sturdy, please go to the Our services page.

We will then send you the updated international freight charge and optional service fees if requested. After confirmation of payment, the package will be sent to the carrier and we will send you the tracking number by email, which can also be checked on the orders page in your dashboard.

Visit the FAQ page for more details on Negai Japan package shipping.

After the package is shipped

Once packages are delivered to the carrier you selected, transportation and delivery to the address you entered is the responsibility of the carrier. If there are problems while the package is still in Japan, please contact us and we will assist you in any way possible.
Attention!

Before ordering, please read the list of prohibited items carefully. This is very important, because the carriers may refuse the shipment and the order cannot be refunded.
