Service fees

When you use our proxy service, you will make two payments:

First payment

This payment is made as soon as the purchase order has been completed.

Value of the desired product The price of the item you are purchasing.

Negai Japan's service fee 240 yen per product. This is the fee for processing your purchase. Tip: Save on service fees (check out our tip below to save on service fees!)

Domestic Shipping Shipping from the store to our warehouse. Average cost is 1000 yen (subject to change based on store location)

Payment platform fee* Charged by the payment platform (PayPal) 4.1% + 40 yen of the total transaction amount.
*This fee is not applicable to payments made through the Wallet.

Second payment

This payment is made at the time of the shipping order.

International shipping The cost of shipping your items from Japan to your destination country. Tip: Choose economical shipping methods for cost savings.

Cost of shipping materials The cost of the materials used to package your items securely. Details: Check the table below for specific pricing based on box size.

Payment platform fee* Charged by the payment platform (PayPal) 4.1% + 40 yen of the total transaction amount.
*This fee is not applicable to payments made through the Wallet.

What it covers:	What it covers: Charges applied by payment processors such as PayPal. It covers the cost of processing your payment securely.
Details:	Details: A fee of 4.1% + ¥40 is charged by PayPal. Since the fee is calculated based on the grand total, the effective fee on the subtotal (excluding the PayPal fee) is 4.27531% + ¥40. These fees are added to both the first and second payments.
Tip for avoidance:	Tip for avoidance: Minimize the number of transactions by combining multiple purchases into one payment when possible.

Potential costs

These are potential costs you may incur under certain circumstances.

What it covers:	What it covers: Fees for storing items beyond the free storage period.
Details:	Details: A daily fee of ¥100 will be charged if free storage expires (charged in intervals of 7 days). After 45 days without contact from the customer, items will be considered abandoned and may incur additional charges for disposal or continued storage.

Details:	Details: The box will be completely covered with tape for enhanced protection against mishaps during shipping and delivery, such as rainwater.

Tip:	Tip: Your packages are already packed carefully by us. However, if your order contains items particularly vulnerable to the elements and you want extra assurance, you can opt for this additional service.

Details:	Details: Receive three photos of your product as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. This service allows you to confirm the condition of delicate items or request photos of specific parts, such as any voucher codes that may come with the product, enabling you to use the codes even before receiving the product.

Details:	Details: Disposal of selected products before packing. For example, you might want to dispose of certain items if you purchase a collection but prefer not to keep some of them, avoiding the extra shipping fees.
