Negai Japan offers a proxy service and forwarding, and it was created to serve the people that wish to buy exclusive Japanese products sold through online stores.

In the proxy service, the customer tells us which product from a Japanese online store they want, and we buy that product on the customer's behalf, acting as an intermediary.

The proxy company buys and ships items that the customer wouldn't otherwise be able to buy.

Fábio Minoru Matsuo I’m Fabio Matsuo, founder of Negai Japan.

Since moving to Japan in 2016, I recognized the need for a transparent and reliable service that connects people with Japanese products and culture. After facing language barriers and understanding the local market, I realized how valuable it is to have a trusted intermediary for these purchases. That’s how Negai Japan was born—to provide excellent service and easy access to genuine Japanese items while respecting traditions and cultural values.

Leandro Eidi Umezu I’ve been working as a programmer for over 15 years and have been living in Japan since 2016.
I’ve always been passionate about Japanese culture and the entertainment they produce, especially games and manga.

During my time living in Japan, some friends and acquaintances asked me to send them certain products, and I’ve always been happy to help them get the items they wanted so much.

I learned about the proxy service system through Fabio, and I decided that joining Negai Japan would be a great way to help even more people. My goal is to serve each customer with the same care and attention I give to my own friends.
